Key Stage 3 Boys’ Cricket

– Well done to the Key Stage 3 cricket team, who have made it through to the semi-finals of the Rochdale Schools’ Cricket Cup Competition.  They played three games in total and were undefeated throughout the day, with their victories by margins of over 50, 80 and 100 runs. Huge congratulations to the players involved: Ben Whitehead, Marcus Welsby, Thomas Booth, Lewis Midgley, Danny Devine, Aadam Latif, Babar Rashid, Rayhan Iqbal and Ismail Shahzada. Man of the Match was Marcus Welsby for some outstanding fielding and a good bowling performance. Thank you to Mr Pickles for training the team and accompanying them on the day.
