ICT Manager

Salary:  Grade 7 – SCP 25-29 (Actual Salary £28,785 – £32,029)

Hours:   37 Hours per Week – Full Time, All Year Round

Governors are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced ICT Manager to be responsible for the support of the school’s IT/information services across all areas.

The successful applicant will have sound technical experience and relevant qualifications, including a Level-3 qualification in an ICT discipline plus a minimum Level-2 qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy. The applicant must have proven ability in managing and being responsible for ICT, with a wide range of skill with peripheral hardware, managing and developing Windows-based L2/L3 networks, Wireless, Virtualisation (VMWare), Imaging.  The applicant must have sound understanding of ICT requirements within an educational setting.  The applicant must put the School Community at the centre of their ICT planning and development.

The current network is VMWare 5.x/Cisco/MS.Server2012/MS.Windows7/10.  Additional technologies such as SQL 2016 and Exchange are onsite.  Experience of cloud based solutions (Google or Office 365) in an educational setting would be an advantage as this is part of the schools’ IT strategy moving forward.

Teaching Assistant (Level 2)

Salary:  Grade 3 – SCP 5-6 (Actual Salary £12,894 – £13,152)

Hours:   30 Hours per Week – Term Time Only

The Governors are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to work within the Learning Support faculty.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and highly motivated and will work as part of a skilled team to provide class support to children on the SEND register across the whole school.
