2 PSCHEE SOW – What’s out there?

·         To understand that stereotypes exist in the world of work.

·         To know that there may be several jobs similar to the one you are interested in.

·         To know there are partial and impartial sources of advice.

·         To be able to use the internet to look at Labour market Information for the local area.

·         To know how to make well informed and realistic decisions.

·         To understand the importance of work and the benefits it brings to society.

3 Working with Oldham College – Dance To experience and understand dance at College through the pupils eyes. Dance Department – TBC
3 Alumni RSFC To experience an encounter with an employee and RSFC including courses and student life RSFC – TBC
1 World of Work A range of interactive activities for specialist career classrooms as well as subject specific classrooms. This will provide more insight into certain job sectors along with information on aspects of further education such as independent living. Subject Staff – week beginning 9/11/20
